Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Understanding financing and have the ability to work with our banks in order to obtain loans for the customers purchasing vehicles at the dealership.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product information

- Assist customers with their purchases, including cash handling

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the auto sales industry.

- Sell vehicles & must be familiar with working with banks for customer loans

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, etc.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
